A (HOPELESS) ROMANTIC NIGHT

those eyes are burning sparklers
stealing the night from the stars
those sighs are concealed whispers—
enticing my being,
implying I was made for loving
you are the fairy lights on vines
ascending these high somber walls of mine
proclaiming gentleness and serenity,
breaking the wall is unnecessary—
for we are over it now
each other’s arms are home
a harbour of our own
with hands entwined
a blazing sensation ran down my spine
through
cold wind and deep blue sky
new moon and cotton candy clouds
warm touch and longing lips
and the rest is for our hearts to keep

  2. And I reiterate what I said to you a little earlier. That you are a beautiful writer. Your lines speak with such beauty and grace, this gave me a fuzzy feeling. The last two lines literally made me sigh! I am your fan and I don’t mind admitting it because that is the truth.
